Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter:
- Owner questionnaire (“See if your property is a fit”): your name, email, phone, property address and market, and your answers about the property and your goals.
- Realtor referral form: your name, brokerage, email, phone, the property location and any details you share.
- Rental listing inquiries: your name, email, phone, move-in date, message and the screening details the form asks for.
- Rent estimate tool: the city and property type you enter.
We use this information to respond to you, evaluate whether we can help with your property, and provide our services. Owner and referral form submissions are stored in our internal lead records and emailed to our team. Rental listing inquiries are sent to AppFolio, the property management software we use, as a guest card for the listing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use tools that collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, your general location, your device and browser, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a Google search or an ad).
- Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to contact us, so we can measure which ads work. Google may also use this information to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Visit source: the site remembers in your browser how you first arrived (such as a campaign name or search engine) so we know where an inquiry came from. It does not store anything you type.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ad personalization at Google’s ad settings.
Enhanced conversions with Google Ads
When you submit the owner questionnaire, the email address and phone number you entered are hashed (converted into a scrambled code) in your browser and sent to Google. Google uses this to match the inquiry to an ad click so we can measure our advertising accurately. We do not send your name, address or other answers to Google this way. Google processes this data under its Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the site and our business, including our website host (Vercel), Google (Analytics, Ads and Workspace) and AppFolio.
- Our affiliated companies, such as Bryant Capital Advisors, when your request involves their services.
- Others when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal and recordkeeping requirements for a licensed North Carolina real estate brokerage.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you’ve given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@claypropertymanagement.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
