Langdon brings ten years of experience across brokerage, acquisitions, and property management in the Triangle. He stays personally involved in strategy and pricing for every account, with a focus on your goals and your property’s long-term performance.

Tom Phelps

Chief Operating Officer

Tom oversees the daily management and care of your property. He leads the property managers and maintenance team, setting clear expectations and making sure those standards carry through to the work.
